Inspection
It is essential to inspect trailer before picking up a trailer.
Please to follow these steps to check trailers before use:
1.Tyre must be checked. Ensure all tyres are in good condition, each of tyre
has enough pressure.
2. Check all nuts and bolts. Ensure they stay tight.
3. Check trailer surface. Ensure no bending, breakage or leakage.
4. Check safety chain. Ensure chain is in good condition.
5. Check lights and wiring. Ensure all lights work.
6. Check abnormal noise of vibrations if happened after hooked on.
7. Check electric brakes if the trailer has. Make sure the brakes work.
Maintenance
1. Check that the fastening of tyre nuts every 80km and tighten as required.
2. Apply grease to the hubs every 800km, bearing every 1200km
Warranty
“New trailers sold by Big Man Trailer company are covered by a twenty-four
(24) month structural Warranty (6 months for commercial use). This warranty
period is valid from the date of original purchase and covers all products
against defective materials. (jockey wheel, bearings, tyres, wheels, brake
pads & wearable parts are excluded). Therefore, please follow the above steps
of inspection to check trailers before picking up. In addition, we strongly suggest
customer to regularly maintenance and service bearings as above or bring the
trailer back to us to be serviced. The warranty will not cover any damaged
during freight from Bigman Trailer company to destinations of customers. The
warranty does not apply to any Bigman Trailer which has been subjected to an
accident, improper installation, modification, adjustment, repair, misuse,
misapplication, neglect, including but not limited to improper maintenance, or
use of unauthorized parts or attachments. Customer will take the
responsibility to inspect the condition of the trailers before purchase and
pickup. if any issue happened, customers make sure reporting to us within 7
days for initial fault. Warranty claim generally takes a few business days.
Please carefully keep your sales invoice as proof of purchase from the Bigman
Trailer company. We require customers must be presented when making a warranty
claim. Trailers must be returned to the Bigman Trailer company to do the
warranty work.”

Trailer in-store pickup
Trailers can only be picked up from our stores. We
will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up.
Trailer Parts shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or
delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of
orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in
transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped
containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within
24 hours.
Damages
Please contact us if you received a damaged item within 7 days.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
For Trailer
“No refunds will be given if you have changed your mind, customers have to
inspect the condition of the trailer (please following the inspection steps as
above ) upon pickup and report to us within 7 days for initial fault. Our
mechanics will then examine and test the fault and replace or repair any item
deemed to be faulty, if the trailer cannot be repaired or exchanged, fully
refund will be given by our company.”
For Trailers Parts
“We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.
1. You changed your mind
- We offer a 7 days return policy for change of mind. That means if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us up to 7 days after you received it for your choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs.
- All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of redelivery to do so.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. The item arrived damaged or missing parts
- All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us. Please send us a copy of the receipt via Email for any shipping costs you incur.
- All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it and notify us immediately if there is any damage.
- Please take photographs of any damage and send them to us via Email before sending the item back, as we need to report the damage to our insurer, delivery courier, and warehouse.
3. The item is faulty
If the product you received is not consistent with the order, please take a photo with a clear item number of the product you received and send us the original order and photo via Email. After that, we will send you a new correct product and we will be responsible for your return postage fee.”
